Job Description

As a Compliance Specialist, you will provide expert advice and guidance on compliance risk to business units and stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that our activities are compliant with relevant legislation and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing specialized advice on compliance risk to ensure the company's activities are compliant with relevant legislation and policies.
  • Developing and maintaining a good knowledge and understanding of all laws and industry standards affecting our operations in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Supporting the development of a culture of compliance within the organization, including effective relationships with key business staff.
  • Overseeing the need for corrective action and completing oversight activities designed to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Compliance or Legal professional.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of compliance risk and compliance frameworks for businesses in regulated industries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience assisting business units in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
