Senior Project Engineer

The role of Senior Project Engineer involves planning, contract management and supervision of engineering projects. This includes undertaking initial scoping of future projects and drafting reports.

Reviewing and/or preparing project design briefs for engineering consultants is also a key responsibility. The tender process for assigned projects requires careful document preparation, evaluation and recommendation.

Civil infrastructure projects necessitate coordinating approvals and permits.

Key skills required for this role include civil engineering registration in the State of Victoria, experience in team management or staff supervision, experience in civil design and construction, procurement and contract administration.

Problem solving, community engagement and project management are essential skills for this position.

A keen eye for detail and a desire to deliver excellent outcomes working with and for the community are highly valued qualities.
