Project Leadership Opportunity

A seasoned professional is sought to lead high-profile projects across the Sydney market. High-rise experience is essential.

This role requires a proven leader with expertise in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. As the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, you will drive performance and accountability across your project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, resourcing, and delivery from early stages through to handover.
  • Oversee contracts, subcontractor agreements, budgets, and progress claims in line with industry regulations.
  • Develop, monitor, and control project programs to achieve cost, quality, and time objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and KPIs.
  • Drive compliance and embed a strong safety culture across all project activities.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior project management or leadership capacity within construction.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, and contract administration.
  • Skilled in project planning, scheduling, and reporting using construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects in line with scope, timeframe, and budget.
