Overview

Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership & Management: Lead all phases of Substation projects, from design through construction and commissioning. Manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
  • Technical Expertise & Compliance: Oversee design, analysis, and optimization of Substations. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to align Substation projects with overall energy infrastructure.
  • Team Development & Support: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in Substation engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Substation design software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
