Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling various construction initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects;
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control;
- Maintain accurate records and reports on project status and progress;
- Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment;
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
- Proven experience in construction management and supervision;
- Knowledge of roadwork techniques and quality control requirements;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
