Job Opportunity:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Applying Agile methodologies, you will ensure effective delivery of projects and SIPs.
  • You will coordinate activities and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
  • You will assist Project Managers with financial tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • You will capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement within the team.
  • You will be involved in demand management and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is essential.
  • You should have experience in coordinating IT projects within a medium-sized organization.
  • Strong knowledge of IT operations and support is required.
  • You should be adept in written and verbal communication, with strong facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile environments, including tools like Jira and MS Project, is desirable.
  • Experience in design thinking and customer experience (CX) is advantageous.
