We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Case Manager.

Job Opportunity

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Case Manager.

  • Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims in line with scheme regulation, ensuring timely and compliant resolution.
  • Take a holistic case management approach, fostering positive customer connections and delivering exceptional results.
  • Effectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employers, promoting collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work, leveraging expertise to drive successful outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with timeframes and company policy, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality case management services, meeting the needs of customers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with injured workers, employers and other key stakeholders, promoting trust and cooperation.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex cases, leveraging expertise and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights and analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Workers Compensation or similar field, demonstrating expertise and commitment.
  • Professional experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
  • A high degree of influencing skills, partnered with strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and negotiation.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, allowing for efficient handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • A flexible and service-orientated approach, responding to changing circumstances and stakeholder needs.
  • A keen willingness to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude, driving continuous improvement and growth.
