We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee our case management function across a designated portfolio. This leadership role involves overseeing workplace investigations and ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the case management function across your assigned portfolio.
- Personally manage sensitive and high-profile cases.
- Develop and lead a team of Case Management Managers.
- Partner with HR, IR, Legal, and business leaders as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor and report on risk, balancing compliance with employee wellbeing and operational outcomes.
- 7+ years' experience in case management, HR, or employment law.
- Extensive experience managing complex employee matters.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
