Senior Case Manager - Portfolio Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our Self Insurance Portfolio as a Senior Case Manager and Portfolio Lead. This role is critical in helping injured workers regain their health and return to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, ensuring high-quality case outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, employers, brokers, and account management teams to drive results.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with our Claims Service Model, driving continuous improvement through audits and feedback.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team during periods of change, promoting clear direction and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in managing and leading teams to deliver performance metrics.
  • Extensive knowledge of liability and personal injury management, preferably within Workers Compensation.
  • Strong understanding of NSW Workers Compensation legislation and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, negotiate conflict resolution, and facilitate collaborative environments.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capabilities to interpret data and inform informed decisions.
