
Sales Territory Developer

As a Sales Territory Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize face-to-face time with customers and future customers in the Brisbane and surrounding areas.
You will work closely with the State Sales Manager to develop yoursales strategies and achieve your KPI targets. You will gain ongoing Volvo product knowledge from the experienced sales team and Volvo training from the best.
A day on the job will see you:
- Developing your sales and territory plan, reviewing market conditions and market shares, and forecasting;
- Building positive relationships with key customers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and industry representatives;
- Delivering new construction equipment to our customers, ensuring effective delivery, familiarization and handover of equipment is carried out smoothly;
- Couching/mentoring our Sales Cadets and team members to understand and promote products.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in B2B selling and practical working knowledge of construction equipment;
- Volvo CE highly regarded;
- Understanding of your market, specifically Brisbane and surrounding areas, and ability to adapt as it grows;
- Positive drive, energy, and autonomy, with a 'can-do' attitude to make it all come together;
- A current driver's licence (MC or HR) and flexibility to travel to visit customers.
