Exciting Opportunity: Sales Territory Manager

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage a sales pipeline to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience; with capital equipment, consumable sales, and selling into hospitals experience preferred.
  • Documented record of achieving sales quotas and other related KPI's required.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Additionally, you must have strong computer skills and experience with common computer applications, such as MS Office, Excel and CRM (Salesforce.com). You must also have a valid driver's license and a vehicle suitable to transporting products and equipment which requires at least a mid-sized SUV or equivalent.
