Territory Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the expansion of our presence in North Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling mechanical components and a proven track record of success in new business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining existing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to provide solutions using our products within the designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in the assigned territory
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through exceptional service and support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience selling mechanical/electrical components
- Proven track record of success in new business development and account management
- Strong understanding of technical applications in manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering degree
