Valuation Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Valuation Graduate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop a career in valuation.

The role involves undertaking and assisting with providing professional, expert and authoritative property and valuation information and technical expertise in line with legislation, policy and community standards. You will contribute to valuing land parcels and advising on valuations for rating, taxing and compensation purposes.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Drive, motivation and a commitment to learning
  • Strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to achieve results through efficient use of resources and a commitment to quality outcomes
  • Ability to make decisions within delegations on valuation matters
  • Ability to deliver transparent, objective outcomes on time and in accordance with relevant requirements
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and understanding of how they apply
