
Property Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a Graduate Valuer to join our team, offering a dynamic and challenging environment for professional growth and development.
The successful candidate will be part of a 24-month graduate program, including up to four work rotations of up to six months each with different teams within the organization. This will provide broad training and experience in valuation and related services.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake and assist with providing professional property and valuation information and technical expertise in line with legislation and community standards.
- Contribute to valuing land parcels and advising on valuations for rating, taxing and compensation purposes.
- Support cross-team work within various teams as part of rotations.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. They will also have the ability to achieve results through efficient use of resources and a commitment to quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Student Member or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute.
- Completion of, or undertaking, qualifications that meet eligibility for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute.
- A current driver's license and willingness to travel.
