Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Valuation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing valuation expertise across NSW with flexible hybrid work arrangements.

This role is part of a 24-month graduate program with rotations across various teams, including Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsary Acquisitions, and Special Valuations. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions.

About the Role

As a Valuation Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy
  • Participating in the graduate program with rotations across teams
  • Providing valuation support and advice to stakeholders
  • Gaining exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make decisions within delegation on valuation matters
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and their application
  • Student or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute
  • Completion of or undertaking qualifications eligible for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute by end of 2025
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
