About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Graduate Valuer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop valuation expertise and contribute to our organisation's mission.

  • This role involves undertaking professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy, as well as assisting with the process as needed.
  • As part of our graduate program, you will participate in rotations across Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Special Valuations teams over a 24-month period.
  • You will provide valuation support and advice to senior colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Throughout your tenure, you will gain exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess drive, motivation, and commitment to learning, as well as strong communication, relationship management, stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to achieve quality outcomes efficiently.

You will be expected to make decisions within delegation on valuation matters, deliver transparent, objective, on-time results according to relevant requirements, and possess knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.

A Student or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute is desirable, and you must complete qualifications eligible for Associate Membership by end of 2025, hold a current driver's license, and willingness to travel.
