About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with individuals with disabilities to deliver trauma-informed care that supports mental health, life outcomes, and inclusive futures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Therapy Delivery: Deliver assessments and therapy across various settings including home, community, and workplace environments.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Job Coaches, and Support Coordinators to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor Allied Health Assistants and contribute to training pathways to enhance professional development.
  • Clinical Support: Provide clinical support to clients through NDIS, Medicare, and Foundation-funded services.
