We are seeking passionate and experienced clinicians to join our Adult Care Coordination Team in the Community Mental Health Service.

This role offers stable weekday hours—Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm—making it ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Coordinate recovery plans for consumers.
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities, clinical supervision, and administrative tasks as required.
About the Role

The Community Mental Health Service provides comprehensive mental health care across various age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and older persons.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist currently registered with AHPRA, or qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the AASW.
  • A detailed description of interest and motivation in applying for this role highlighting relevant skills & experience in providing assessment and treatment for mental health consumers.
  • An example of working as part of a team to solve a problem, outlining communication skills used and how the problem would not occur again.
  • Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
