Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our open space maintenance efforts. As a Team Leader, you will oversee various parks operations and ensure that our dedicated team delivers high-quality services across the region.

About This Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an individual who possesses strong leadership skills, knowledge of horticultural practices, and experience in a supervisory role. You will be responsible for managing a team and working collaboratively with community members to achieve shared goals.

  • Certificate 3 in Horticulture (or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and customer service principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
