We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Anglicare/Headspace in Darwin. As a Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to our Early Psychosis Team, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the Early Psychosis Team
- Work closely with the Program Manager Early Psychosis to ensure effective team functioning
- Provide direct clinical care to a small caseload of young people experiencing early psychosis
- Line manage a team of dedicated staff, guiding them in delivering exceptional care to our clients and their families
- Ensure that our clinical services align with the Australian Early Psychosis Guidelines and the headspace model
- Relevant tertiary qualification and minimum 5 years of experience in mental health
- Registered with the relevant regulatory body as a practicing Clinical Lead
- Effective leadership skills with experience in providing clinical leadership and supervision within a multi-disciplinary team
- Passion for youth mental health and commitment to improving service, access, and cultural safety of primary youth services
- Experience providing early intervention services to young people within a mental health setting
- Commitment to working respectfully and inclusively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse people

Headspace is a busy and innovative youth mental health service providing a range of mental health, medical, sexual, and other health-related services to young people aged 12 to 25 years and their families.
What We Offer- Salary of HPSS 4.2 $108,447 p/a
- Up to $3,500 for relocation assistance
- Eligible for scholarship and bursary grants through NT PHN
- 5 weeks annual leave
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 annually
