Clinical Lead – Anglicare/Headspace – Darwin

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Anglicare/Headspace in Darwin. As a Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to our Early Psychosis Team, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical leadership and supervision to a team of dedicated staff
- Ensuring that our clinical services align with the Australian Early Psychosis Guidelines and the headspace model
- Collaborating with the Clinical Director and other stakeholders to maintain a commitment to evidence-based care
- Providing direct clinical care to a small caseload of young people experiencing early psychosis
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and minimum 5 year experience
- Registered with relevant regulatory body as a practicing Clinical Lead
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills and experience in providing clinical leadership and supervision
- A passion for youth mental health and commitment to improving service, access, and cultural safety
