Mental Health Clinical Lead – Northern Territory PHN – Darwin

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Northern Territory PHN. As a key member of our Integrated Centralised Referral and Assessment Service (ICRAS) team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality mental health intake, assessment, and referral services to individuals across the Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of clinicians and intake officers to provide clinical oversight and leadership to the multidisciplinary team of ICRAS.
- Guide the delivery of high-quality mental health intake, assessment, triage, and referral services for individuals in the community who experience mental health issues and are seeking support.
- Ensure that individuals seeking support are referred to a service that is appropriate to their needs and is consistent with the 'stepped care' approach.
- Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or a Social Worker with membership with the Australian Association of Social Worker (AASW).
- A valid Working with Children Card (for Social Workers/Non AHPRA profession).
- A valid Australian Driver's licence.
- Salary range $106,427 – $123,243.
- Up to $3,500 for relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
- Eligible for education grants through NT PHN.
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 annually.
- Permanent part-time (0.6 FTE) position.
