About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to lead our Homecare team at Concentric Health. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical programs, mentoring and guiding our Physiotherapists, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical programs to improve patient outcomes
- Mentor and guide Physiotherapists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care
- Collaborate with the Clinical Governance Team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current driver's license
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Current NDISWC & WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
