We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Northern Territory PHN. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, supervision, and support to our Early Psychosis Team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of dedicated staff, guiding them in delivering exceptional care to our clients and their families.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to meet the unique developmental needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager Early Psychosis to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide direct clinical care to a small caseload of young people experiencing early psychosis.
- Ensure that our clinical services align with the Australian Early Psychosis Guidelines and the headspace model.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and minimum 5 year experience in a mental health setting.
- Registered with relevant regulatory body as a practicing Clinical Lead.
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills with experience in providing clinical leadership and supervision within a multi-disciplinary team.
- A passion for youth mental health and keen interest in improving service, access, and cultural safety of primary youth services.
- Experience providing a range of early intervention services to young people within a mental health setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to work respectfully and inclusively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse people.
- Salary of HPSS 4.2 $108,447 p/a.
- Up to $3,500 for relocation assistance.
- Eligible for scholarship and bursary grants through NT PHN.
- 5 weeks annual leave.
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 annually.
