Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Team Member to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests by anticipating their needs and responding promptly to requests
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality
  • Ensure the security of our guests and their possessions
  • Handle guest complaints in a positive manner and escalate as required
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to assist guests with regard to room changes, dining bookings etc.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience preferably in a hotel environment
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including the ability to build rapport both in person and over the phone
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
