Job Description:

  • You will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival and departure, setting the tone for their stay with us.
  • Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.
  • Smooth check-in and check-out processes are crucial to maintaining a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintaining professionalism and adhering to procedures for guest confidentiality will also be key aspects of your role.
  • Ensuring guest security and possessions will be another essential responsibility.
  • Handling complaints positively and escalating as required demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication with other departments will be vital in delivering excellent service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment, is highly desirable.
  • A team-focused, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for connecting with guests and understanding their needs is essential.
  • The ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and participate in training programs to enhance skills is also necessary.
  • Prompt and efficient service delivery, combined with a positive and professional attitude, will be highly valued.
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud would be beneficial but not essential.
