We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide outstanding front office support, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience for our guests.

Located in a stunning waterfront setting, we boast unique design, exceptional service, and an exciting food & beverage concept.

This role offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their arrival and departure experience, handling requests efficiently, and providing unparalleled hospitality.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, responding promptly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Ensure smooth check-in, check-out processes and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience and address any issues or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and efficient guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and capabilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • An energetic, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Enthusiasm for connecting with guests and understanding their needs.
  • Self-motivation, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including evenings, mornings, and weekends.
