We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Front Office Ambassador.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction is warm, welcoming and courteous.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, adhering to procedures regarding confidentiality, issuing room keys and handling credit cards.
- Ensure the security of guests and their possessions at all times.
- Handle guest complaints in a positive manner, escalating as required.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to assist guests with room changes, dining bookings etc.
- Keep team members informed of guest feedback and requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment.
- Energetic and team-focused individual with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Enthusiasm for building rapport with guests and understanding their needs.
- Self-motivated professional with a positive and professional attitude.
- Australian Drivers Licence.
