We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Front Office All Rounder at our establishment.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment.
As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting guests with a warm welcome and providing exceptional service every time.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality, issuing of room keys, and handling credit cards.
- Maintain the security of our guests and their possessions.
- Handle guest complaints in a positive manner and escalate as required.
Additionally, you will participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and capabilities and increase the guest experience.
Key Requirements- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment.
- An energetic, team-focused, and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a bonus.
- Ability to work across a 24/7 roster - evenings, mornings, and weekends.
