We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead our business operations in Australia and New Zealand.
The Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing comprehensive HR Services, including employee relations, learning and development, and HR process support. They will serve as a strategic business partner to regional leadership, driving organisational effectiveness and transformational change.
Your Responsibilities- Manage a team of direct reports while fostering collaboration across the organisation
- Navigate local business needs with global processes and structures
- Align diverse stakeholder perspectives to develop unified strategic approaches
- Proven track record in strategic HR business partnership roles
- Strong experience in employee relations and HR process management
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve organisational effectiveness
