- Part Time - 24 hours per week (flexible hours)
- Salary circa $140,000

This leading global FMCG organisation, that places huge value on their people and development, is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team, to lead an exciting transformation project.

This project will focus on the insourcing of a cohort of employees, and the HR Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition. This will include working through onboarding processes, providing advice and guidance to leaders on any and all HR matters, as well as working through any ER and IR issues that arise.

The HR Business Partner will also be responsible for embedding the organisations cultures and values, and will act as the first point of contact for employees that may have queries or questions throughout the process. In addition to this, the HR Business Partner, will have the opportunity to work across a range of exciting programs, this can include the creation of a brand new apprenticeship program, talent development and leadership development.

To be successful within this role you will bring:

- Previous experience working in a HR Generalist role, with exposure of working across change management.
- Ideally have worked within an industrial, blue collar environment.
- Strong ER and IR skills, with the ability to provide advice and guidance across a range of issues.
- Experience representing a business at FairWork.
