Job Opportunity

A business partner role has been created to support a key project within the organization.

This is a fixed-term contract position that will provide an opportunity to contribute and gain valuable experience in a collaborative and innovative workplace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support and advice to front-line leaders, building strong relationships and driving transformational change.

About You

  • Capability in coaching leaders to create thriving workplace cultures
  • Ability to create positive working relationships and influence across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Experience delivering change initiatives into the business and supporting leaders to implement change
  • Demonstrated capability in delivering performance management and ER/IR processes
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
  • The right to work in Australia
