This permanent 4 day a week HR Business Partner, will join an expanded Business Partnering team of 6 supporting the VIC/NSW/SA regions. Positioned as the 2IC of the team, the opportunity to coach, mentor and advance other Partners/Advisors will be integral along with the guidance and support provided to the three South Metropolitan hospital and surgical sites.

An experienced frontline HR Business Partner, you will thrive being the trusted advisor to Hospital Leadership and Staff, providing guidance across all the domains including talent & workforce management, workplace relations, organisational design & best practices, safety, wellbeing, policy, legislative & industrial relations, and leadership & cultural development. A passionate thinker on better practices, your HR or related discipline qualifications, along with a knowledge of the Fair Work Act will set you up for success.
