Job Title: Senior Speech Pathologist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to lead our clinical team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services, assessing and treating clients in the clinic or via Telehealth, managing client onboarding, attending weekly team meetings, collaborating with key stakeholders, and occasionally visiting clients in the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Speech Pathology

  • Current registration with Speech Pathologists Australia (SPA)

  • Experience working with children and adults with communication disorders

  • Strong assessment and intervention skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of speech pathology theories and models

  • Experience using electronic health records and other software applications
