Speech Pathology Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior speech pathologist to lead our clinical team.

  • Lead and support our therapy team to provide evidence-based clinical services.
  • Assess and treat clients in the clinic or via telehealth.
  • Manage client onboarding for seamless integration into our services.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share best practices, and engage in professional development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Occasionally visit clients in the community to provide outreach services.
  • Complete timely documentation, including progress notes, reports, and letters.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload, prioritizing staff and client well-being while providing exceptional care.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a certified practising speech pathologist.
  • Current working with children check, national police check, and full Australian working rights.
  • Eligibility for Medicare provider status and professional indemnity insurance.
  • Ability to work independently and seek clinical guidance as needed for safe and quality practice.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practice and commitment to ongoing professional development.
