The Behaviour & Wellbeing Clinic is a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages to reach their fullest potential. We provide evidence-based services under the NDIS and private practice, including behaviour support, psychology, occupational therapy, and therapy assistance. Position Overview
The Speech Pathologist will provide assessment, therapy, and intervention for children, adolescents, and adults with communication and swallowing difficulties. This role is suited to an early-career or experienced therapist who is committed to making a meaningful difference while working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and swallowing.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans tailored to NDIS goals and participant needs.
- Provide direct therapy across clinic, school, home, and community settings.
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators, and other allied health professionals to support functional outcomes.
- Write clear, timely clinical notes, reports, and NDIS progress updates.
- Deliver education and training to parents, carers, and support workers on communication strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and professional development activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelor or Master).
- Practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Experience with children, disability, or mental health settings (NDIS experience highly regarded).
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred).
