Job Title: Senior Speech Pathologist Leader

We are seeking a full-time, permanent speech pathologist to lead our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services and supporting the growth and development of our therapy team.

About the Role:
  • Lead and support our small therapy team to provide evidence-based clinical services
  • Provide assessment and therapy to clients in the clinic or via Telehealth
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure timely completion of documentation (e.g. progress notes, reports, letters)
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and external health professionals
  • Occasionally visit clients in the community
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
  • Full Australian Working Rights and eligibility for Medicare Provider Status
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and seek clinical guidance as needed for safe and quality practice
