Clinical Team Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and support our speech therapists in providing high-quality clinical services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct the team to provide evidence-based services
- Assess and treat clients in the clinic or via Telehealth
- Oversee client onboarding, documentation, and case management
- Attend regular team meetings for case discussion and professional development
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external health professionals
- Occasionally visit clients in the community
To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:- 5+ years experience as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist
- SPA membership
- Current Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Eligibility for Medicare Provider Status
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
