About the Role

You will be dedicated to leading and refining the talent acquisition and management processes, specifically focused on leading the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition function, overseeing recruitment activities for multiple business units, ensuring attraction and development and retention of top-tier talent.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of talent specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services across the various business units, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Drive early careers recruitment initiatives, including graduate programs and internships.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives through events, social media, and industry engagement.

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition role, preferably within a high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong strategic and operational capabilities with a track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Experience in managing high-volume recruitment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
