Michael Page is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your expertise will be utilized to source, screen, and assess candidates to identify the best talent for various roles within the organization. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Your strong relationships with candidates will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will collaborate with HR colleagues to enhance recruitment processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Your analytical skills will be used to track performance and identify areas for optimization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is required. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels, are necessary. The ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is required. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality is expected.
