As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping our team's success by providing exceptional support to our Talent Acquisition Team. You'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring seamless coordination of internal and external interviews, and upholding our Employer of Choice reputation.

About the Role

This is a 10-month Full Time Fixed Term opportunity, based in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you'll have the chance to grow and learn in a collaborative environment, working alongside Australia's best and brightest minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external interviews, prioritizing candidate experience and ensuring a smooth Talent Acquisition process.
  • Manage Background and Medical Checks for the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring 100% compliance.
  • Utilize our ATS/HRIS (Workday) to maintain accurate candidate information and support reporting and data analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify process enhancement opportunities.
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition team activities and projects, including industry events.

To succeed in this role, you'll demonstrate exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with a strong understanding of discretion and confidentiality. You'll be a champion of our diverse and inclusive culture, with a passion for Human Resources and a solutions-oriented approach.
