Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless recruitment processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Management, or a relevant field
  • Previous experience recruiting diverse roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and influencing others to achieve strong outcomes
  • Tech-savvy with excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
