The Role

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and partner with our Operations department to help us grow our APAC presence. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a vital role in shaping our teams by sourcing and acquiring top talent. You'll develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the often changing needs of Eucalyptus and navigate waves of volume hiring campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the often changing needs of Eucalyptus
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on talent management best practices
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-caliber candidates
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement

About You

We're looking for someone with at least 4 years of in-house recruitment experience across a diverse range of roles. You'll bring a bias to finding the best quality talent, keeping a high bar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
