The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing and energetic Talent Acquisition team in Sydney or Melbourne. We are looking for a talented individual to provide high-quality administrative support and coordination assistance to our Talent Acquisition Specialist in the end-to-end recruitment process.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Urbis's strategic objectives and projected growth plans. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including drafting and posting job adverts, interview scheduling, and reference checks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing quality administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team through coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Managing the careers inbox and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • General recruitment and applicant online filing and file maintenance.
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team members to develop the national and regional student internship induction program.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and legislation relevant to the jurisdiction.
  • Supporting the broader People & Culture team with initiatives and projects as necessary.

About you:

  • You will have administrative work experience, preferably in HR.
  • You will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • You will have excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills.
  • You will have an intermediate to advanced level of experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • You will have strong attention to detail and high professional standards.
