About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, growth, and engagement across a portfolio of key enterprise accounts. You'll develop strategic account plans, foster executive-level relationships, and ensure service excellence that delivers measurable results for both our customers and Border Express.
This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a national network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Strategic Account Plans for enterprise customers.
- Build strong executive-level connections and expand relationships across customer organisations.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure service KPIs, including on-time and in-full delivery, are consistently met.
- Drive revenue growth and margin retention in line with annual targets.
- Record and manage customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in enterprise account management or business development.
- Strong commercial decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data and develop solutions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in the transport and logistics industry (highly desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Ability to influence outcomes and manage change in a matrixed environment.
