Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Support Worker.

This position involves providing person-centered support in a safe and supportive environment, aligned with our recovery-based service model. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with participants to foster their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTICIPANTS
  • IDENTIFY AND COMMUNICATE RISKS AND MITIGATION STRATEGIES
  • PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH DAILY TASKS SUCH AS CLEANING, ROOM PREPARATION, AND TRANSPORTATION
  • Maintain ACCURATE RECORDS ACCORDING TO POLICIES
  • REPORT RISKS AFFECTING PARTICIPANTS, STAFF, OR THE ORGANIZATION
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant Certificate-level qualification and/or experience in a similar role; Diploma considered
  • Current First Aid Certificate preferred
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • WWCC – Blue Card
