Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our team on an initial 3-month contract. As a key member of the Service Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for providing data entry and administrative support.

Your duties will include:

  • High volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Compiling documents and reports, updating records and information systems in a timely manner
  • Phone and email correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Inbox management and responding to clients and business partners regarding their requests and enquiries
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong high volume data entry experience and excellent customer focus skills. You will also have:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel
  • Experience within the construction, engineering or government sector is highly desirable
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with recurring tasks
  • Investigative skills to research, identify and problem solve
