Senior People Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with site leadership and drive people strategies that deliver safe, productive, and engaged teams across our operation.
This role is a key member of the Site Leadership Team and offers challenging work across a broad range of HR functions. It will allow you to contribute to the effective implementation of our HR strategy on site.
You will be a trusted HR advisor to the business and a true influencer of the culture at our operation.
You will coach and support our leadership team, manage all employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and contribute to events that promote and support not only our employees but also our local communities.
Key Requirements- Proven HR leadership experience in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, enterprise agreements, and industrial relations.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing HR talent.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related discipline.
