Approximately 60% of work hours involve travelling and overnighting in communities, providing a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support for early childhood development, parenting resilience, and mobile services to communities.
- Develop and implement programs to strengthen family relationships and carry out early intervention and prevention activities.
- Enhance and support increased First Nations/Multicultural community participation and family functioning.
- Provide information, advice, and referral pathways.
- Increase awareness of children's wellbeing and support holistic early childhood education in alignment with family and child support.
- Tertiary qualification or working towards Diploma or higher in Children's Services, Counselling, Community Services or similar.
- Highly motivated and energetic individual with demonstrated experience working with young children and their development, supporting families and communities.
- Current Queensland driver's license and Blue Card.
