We are seeking an exceptional Client Engagement Expert to join our team in Canberra.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for developing a portfolio of clients, including existing and target organisations.
- Develop deep knowledge of your portfolio, mapping organisational structures, technical requirements, and current and future projects for each client.
- Meet new and existing clients face-to-face, attend and organise relevant networking and profile-building events.
- Analyse client and sales data using our cutting-edge internal systems.
Requirements
- You will need to be proactive in developing relationships, demonstrating a track record of quick wins through tactical sales, and larger account wins through a strategic approach.
- Be an effective presenter, negotiator, and consultant, able to manage client expectations and articulate how Hays' value proposition differentiates from competitors.
